{"created":"2023-05-15T12:11:38.134426+00:00","id":157,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"b162f73a-3ab4-4a8a-b07b-1d655854ebb4"},"_deposit":{"created_by":4,"id":"157","owners":[4],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"157"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:morinomiya.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000157","sets":["1:39"]},"author_link":["430","429","425","426","427","428"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2020-05-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"52","bibliographicPageStart":"43","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"15","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"森ノ宮医療大学紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"Bulletin of Morinomiya University of Medical Sciences","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【目的】小児一次救命処置(Pediatric Basic Life Support 以下、PBLS)技術演習時に学生の演習を動 画で撮影し、スクリーンに映しながら教員のフィードバックを組み込んだ試みについて報告する。\n【方法】対象者は、A 大学看護学生 3 年生 91 名のうち演習日に出席した 89 名とした。演習方法は、5 名を 1 グループとして各グループ 1 名の撮影対象者を選出した。 調査内容と方法は、演習を受講する前に、質問紙を配布した。質問項目は「演習内容の習得度」、\n「今後も動画撮影を取り入れた演習を希望するか」など 10 項目で 4 段階のリッカートスケールで 回答を依頼した。また自由に感想を記述することとした。演習終了後 1 週間の留め置き法で回収し、 分析は、Microsoft Excel 2019 にて単純集計を行った。 所属機関の倫理審査部会の承認を得た(2019-036)。学生には、研究の目的および協力は自由 意志であり、参加を拒否しても成績等への不利益はないことを文書と口頭で説明した。\n【結果】89 名に配布し、42 名から回答があった(回収率 53.2%)。「演習内容の習得度」に対しては、 非常に習得できたと考える 50%、習得できたと考える 50%であった。「今後の演習も動画で振り 返りを希望するか」に対しては、非常にそう思う 17%、そう思 40%、そう思わない 29%、全く 思わない 14%であった。演習に対する満足度は平均 7.9(SD1.0)点であった。 演習に関する自由記載では、「動画撮影で自分の技術を客観的に見る機会となり良かった」、「撮 影されることで普段よりも集中できた」、「撮影の工夫をして欲しかった」等であった。\n【考察】緊急時対応が求められる小児 BLS の演習に動画撮影を取り入れた。その結果、学生は全員が技 術を習得できたと捉えていた。これは BLS という緊急時の状況設定と小児の胸部がどの程度凹ん でいるかなどを客観的に自己の技術を観察することができたためだと考える。しかし撮影される 緊張と全体のスクリーンに映し出されることに抵抗感がある学生の要望もあり、希望者のみを対 象とする等の課題が残された。今後は、学生の技術演習を臨床の看護師からフィードバックが得 られるような、情報通信技術(Information and Communication Technology:ICT)を活用し た学内演習を検討していきたい。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Purpose:During the pediatric basic life support (PBLS) technical exercise, the student's practice was filmed and projected on the screen to give feedback from the teacher.
