We conducted a self-efficacy survey about career choices for nursing college students (from the 1st grade students to the 4th grade students). The students were required to fill out the questionnaire. The questionnaire was consisted of 30 items 4-point scale for self-efficacy. There were 297 students responded. We conducted a two-way ANOVA on the conditions, and the result showed a significant difference in the self-efficacy of glades and professional attitude (P<0.01). The self-efficacy points of the 3rd grade students were lower compared to other glade students, and there were more negative answers of professional attitude compared to other glade students. The results suggest that a support system is needed especially for the 3rd grades.
