| 内容記述 | 高齢者の転倒は様々な要因によって発生する。要因には加齢現象による心身機能の低下といったフレイル、サルコぺニア、ロコモティブシンドローム、内服薬の影響といった内的要因、住居環境などの物理的環境といった外的要因がある。転倒事故は高齢者に身体面や心理面に大きな影響を及ぶ。転倒による骨折は要介護状態になる原因のひとつであり、寝たきりや廃用症候群を招く。その予防のためには、高齢者の身体面・心理面を考慮し、多職種の連携が必要とされる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The fall of elderly people accrue to various factors. The internal factor has Frailty and Sarcopenia such as the decrease of the mind and body function by the ageing phenomenon, locomotive syndrome, oral medicine. The external factor has the physical environments such as house environment, the wheelchair. The fall accident has a major influence on the physical and the psychology to elderly people. The fracture by the fall is one of the causes to become results in condition of long-term care, bedridden and disuse syndrome. For the fall prevention, Medical and Welfare Service‐Specialist Teams is required in consideration of the physical, mental and psychology situation of elderly people. | |||||
